近年来,随着社会变革和竞争的日趋加剧,大学生心理危机的比例呈不断上升趋势,不少高校发生了大学生心理危机突发事件,给高校乃至社会的稳定造成了不良的影响。对大学生心理危机进行有效的干预,已成为高校教育工作的重要内容。共青团组织是高校重要的教育力量,是党联系青年学生的桥梁纽带,在服务大学生成长成才中具有特殊的优势。因此,根据大学生心理危机表现,研究大学生心理危机的成因,充分发挥共青团在大学生心理危机干预中的独特作用,对保障大学生健康成长,维护高校的和谐与稳定具有重要的现实意义。
In recent years, with the aggravation of social reform and competition, the proportion of undergraduates ’psychological crisis has been on an upward trend. Many colleges and universities have undergone sudden crisis of college students’ psychological crisis, which has adversely affected the stability of colleges and even the society. Effective intervention in college students psychological crisis has become an important part of college education. The CYL organization is an important educational force in universities and a bridge linking the youth with the party. It has a special advantage in serving the growth and success of college students. Therefore, studying the causes of college students’ psychological crisis and giving full play to the unique role played by the Communist Youth League in the psychological crisis intervention of undergraduates are of great practical significance for ensuring the healthy growth of college students and safeguarding the harmony and stability of colleges and universities.
