为满足制造业信息化的需求,提出了一种面向制造企业各层面的综合设备管理系统.通过分析ERP及MES对设备信息的需求,充分研究设备信息与其他信息系统的协同管理机制,构建设备管理系统与其他系统的信息集成模型及系统的主要功能结构.同时从生产计划与调度出发,利用复杂性理论及调度依附度,研究了设备信息与计划调度间有效协同的原理与方法.最后设计了系统软件构架,围绕设备管理系统,建立了企业生产管理综合信息平台.
In order to meet the demand of manufacturing informatization, a comprehensive equipment management system is proposed for all levels of manufacturing enterprises.Through analyzing the demand of equipment information from ERP and MES, the paper fully studies the collaborative management mechanism of equipment information and other information systems and constructs equipment Management information system and other systems and the main functional structure of the system.At the same time from the production planning and scheduling, the use of complexity theory and scheduling dependency, the study of the principle and method of effective coordination between device information and scheduling.Finally, The system software architecture, around the equipment management system, established a comprehensive enterprise information management platform.
