目的:观察中药复方肤灵浸膏对被动皮肤过敏反应(PCA)大鼠血TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a的影响。方法:采用天花粉氧化铝凝胶混悬液致大鼠被动皮肤过敏反应动物模型,观察复方肤灵浸膏对模型大鼠血管活性物质血栓素B2(TXB2)、6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-keto-PGF1a)及比值的影响。结果:复方肤灵浸膏能明显降低模型大鼠血TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a的含量,并纠正TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a比值的平衡失调。结论:中药复方肤灵浸膏可降低PCA大鼠血TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a含量,并纠正TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a比值的平衡失调。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Chinese herbal compound Fuling Extract on plasma TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1a in passive cutaneous hypersensitivity (PCA) rats. METHODS: The animal model of passive cutaneous anaphylaxis induced by alanine alumina gel suspension was used to observe the effects of Compound Fangling Extract on the blood stabilities of thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1a (6). -keto-PGF1a) and the effect of the ratio. Results: Compound Fangling extract could significantly reduce the blood TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1a levels in model rats, and correct the imbalance of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio. Conclusion: The Chinese herbal compound Fuling extract can reduce the blood TXB2, 6-keto-PGF1a levels in PCA rats and correct the imbalance of TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a ratio.
