关于铜对再热裂缝的影响,研究尚少。本文用套筒法初步探讨了铜对16锰钢再热裂缝倾向的影响,结果表明:铜<0.6%,对该钢再热裂缝无明显影响;铜>0.6%后,逐渐表现出不利影响,但含铜在1.31%以下,仍属微敏感一类。铜的含量界限与其沉淀析出行为有关。低于界限值,因二次热时沉淀析出不发生或很微弱,不会产生不利影响。此时,断口晶粒小平面上有较多的塑性变形痕迹和韧窝特征。含铜高于界限值,因沉淀析出提高了晶内强度,增加了晶内晶界强度差,有利于再热裂缝形成,此时,断口晶粒小平面则较为平齐,韧窝特征减弱。
There is little research on the effect of copper on reheat cracking. In this paper, the influence of copper on the reheat fracture tendency of 16 manganese steel was preliminarily studied by means of the sleeve method. The results show that: copper <0.6% has no significant effect on the reheating crack of this steel; However, copper is below 1.31% and is still slightly sensitive. The limit of copper content is related to its precipitation behavior. Below the threshold value, precipitates do not occur or are weak due to secondary heat, and will not have adverse effects. At this point, there are more plastic deformation traces and dimples on the fracture facets. Copper is higher than the limit value, because precipitation precipitation increases the intragranular strength, increases the intragranular grain boundary strength difference, is conducive to reheat cracks, this time, the fracture facets are more homogeneous, dimples feature weakened.
