杯一杯型复合挤压在工业生产中有着广泛的应用。为了能给模具的设计与制造、工艺过程的确定以及挤压设备的选择提供充分的依据,对复合挤压进行分析研究是必要而具有实际意义的。迄今为止,有关杯一杯型复合挤压的研究文章尚不多见,尤其是涉及到杯一杯型复合挤压流动规律的理论研究者更少。因此,进一步对杯一杯型复合挤进行理论研究是值得人们重视的。目前,用于复合挤压研究的方法甚多,本文采用了极限分析法中的上限法作为理论研究的工具。上限法具有以下几个特点: 1.运算简单; 2.计算的载荷总是大于或等于真实载荷,因此,据以选择设备或设计模具、制订工艺,能使塑性成形加工顺利进行,并能保证设备的安全;
