将心房肽Ⅲ(APⅢ)与牛血清白蛋白(BSA)偶联成大分子复合物,免疫BALB/C小鼠,制备出三株分泌心房肽Ⅲ单克隆抗体(APⅢ-McAb),行亚类鉴定为IgG_1型,琼脂双向扩散与BSA未出现沉淀线。应用APⅢ-McAb制备的亲和层析柱对心钠素有很高的亲和力,其洗脱峰管,有明显的降压作用。
Atrial natriuretic peptide Ⅲ (APⅢ-McAb) was prepared by conjugating atrial natriuretic peptide Ⅲ (APⅢ) with bovine serum albumin (BSA) into macromolecular complexes and immunizing BALB / C mice. It was identified as IgG1 type, agar bidirectional diffusion and BSA did not appear precipitation line. Affinity column prepared by APⅢ-McAb has a high affinity for atrial natriuretic peptide, its peak tube elution, a significant antihypertensive effect.
