目的探讨为绝经后妇女实施宫内节育器取出术更有效、快捷、安全的方法。方法将120例绝经妇女分为两组,对照组63例采取直接B超引导下取器,研究组57例,取环前3d开始予米非司酮25mg口服bid,共3d,取环当日予米索前列醇片400ug碾成粉末状后置入阴道内环宫颈处,3h后在B超引导下取器。结果对照组取器成功50例(79.37%),研究组取器成功55例(96.49%);对照组的腹痛发生率明显高于研究组(P<0.05),术后出血时间明显长于研究组(P<0.05)。结论绝经后妇女应用米非司酮+米索前列醇后B超引导下取宫内节育器,定位准确,安全性高,可提高取器成功率,器械携带方便,便于下乡下基层计划生育服务。
Objective To explore a more effective, quick and safe method for the implementation of IUD removal in postmenopausal women. Methods 120 cases of menopausal women were divided into two groups, control group, 63 cases under direct B-guided down the device, the study group 57 cases, 3 days before taking the ring to mifepristone 25mg oral bid, a total of 3d, Misoprostol 400ug crushed into powder after grinding into the vagina within the cervix, 3h after B ultrasound guided removal. Results The success rate of the control group was 50 cases (79.37%), 55 cases (96.49%) were success in the study group, and the incidence of abdominal pain in the control group was significantly higher than that of the study group (P <0.05) (P <0.05). Conclusion postmenopausal women using mifepristone plus misoprostol after B-guided intrauterine device, accurate positioning, high safety, can improve the success rate of the device, equipment, easy to carry, easy to rural grass-roots family planning service.
