目的观察炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床效果,并与单用药物治疗进行对比。方法选取商丘市妇幼保健院2010年11月至2014年2月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者240例,随机进行分组,联合药物组(联合组)120例给予炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍治疗,单用药物组(单纯组)120例给予单药炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗。观察各患者治疗前后体重指数(BMI)、促卵泡生成素(FSH)、血黄体生成素(LH)、空腹胰岛素水平(FINS)、睾酮(T)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR),并予以对比分析。结果联合组和单纯组在治疗前的各项指标均无统计学差异(P>0.05),治疗后的两组各项指标明显下降(P<0.05)。治疗后联合组T、FINS及HOMAIR与单纯比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),BMI、LH、FSH差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论炔雌醇环丙孕酮片联合二甲双胍对多囊卵巢综合征的治疗可以在一定程度上降低雄性激素血症及胰岛素抵抗,提高妊娠率。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets combined with metformin in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome and to compare with single drug treatment. Methods 240 cases of polycystic ovary syndrome patients who were treated in Shangqiu MCH hospital from November 2010 to February 2014 were randomly divided into groups and combined with ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets Metformin treatment, single drug group (simple group) 120 patients given ethinyl ethinyl estradiol cyproterone tablets treatment. Body mass index (BMI), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), serum LH, FINS, T and HOMA-IR were observed before and after treatment. Comparative analysis. Results There was no significant difference between the two groups before and after treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the indexes in both groups decreased significantly (P <0.05). After treatment, T, FINS and HOMAIR in combination group were significantly different from those in simple group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in BMI, LH and FSH between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion Ethinylestradiol and cyproterone tablets combined with metformin on the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can reduce male and female hormone and insulin resistance to a certain extent, improve the pregnancy rate.
