目的研究尖牙保护性咬合板用于颞下颌关节紊乱病治疗的症状改善情况。方法对82例颞下颌关节紊乱病患者运用尖牙保护性咬合板进行治疗,在治疗后6个月后,观察患者疼痛、弹响或绞锁和开口受限症状变化情况。结果 82例患者,显效60例,好转18例,无效4例。其中对疼痛显效88.7%,对弹响或绞锁显效60.3%,对开口受限显效76.2%。结论尖牙保护性咬合板对于颞下颌关节紊乱病有较好的治疗效果,对疼痛症状的治疗疗效明显,对弹响或绞锁的治疗作用较差。
Objective To study the canine protection occlusal plate for the treatment of temporomandibular joint disorder to improve the symptoms. Methods Eighty-two patients with temporomandibular disorder were treated with canine-protective bite plates. Six months after the treatment, the patients were observed for pain, snapping or twisting and opening-limited symptoms. Results 82 patients, markedly effective in 60 cases, improved in 18 cases, 4 cases. Among them, 88.7% of the pain was markedly effective, 60.3% of the snapping or twisting was effective, and 76.2% of the opening was limited. Conclusion The canine-protective bite plates have a good therapeutic effect on temporomandibular joint disorders and have obvious curative effect on pain symptoms and poor therapeutic effect on snapping or twisting.
