·一台S195柴油机,经机工保养后不能发动。我们转动飞轮,气缸压缩力很足,摇转柴油机无泵油声音,拆下喷油器观察喷油情况,发现喷油似线状,没有喷油压力。经调整调压螺钉后,喷油仍不见雾状。拆下喷油器零件检查,发现原来是机工保养时,错将顶杆有钢球的一端装在调压弹簧一端,致使顶杆不能控制针阀,而导致喷油无压力。重新装配喷油器顶杆等零件后,经调整喷油压力和雾化都很正常,柴油机起动性能良好。·一台船用S1100柴油机起动困难,耗油量大,机工修理时,更换了柱塞偶件及喷油器偶件,但仍不
