The exposition of the work of the masses under the new situation in the report of the party’s 16th National Congress pointed out the direction for massacre in the new period. The report pointed out: The greatest political advantage of our party is to keep in close contact with the masses. The greatest danger the party has is its separation from the masses. Under all circumstances and at all times, we must uphold the party’s mass line and uphold the principle of serving the people wholeheartedly. We should regard all the work for the realization of the interests of the people and the masses.
