本文报告了构叶乙醇提取物(BPAE)与构叶总黄酮(BPF)对离体家兔、豚鼠和大鼠肠平滑肌的作用以及对乙酰胆碱(Ach)作用的影响。结果表明:BPAE与BPF均能抑制肠蠕动,其抑制强度与对数剂量呈线性相关,相关系数r分别为-0.9912(P<0.0005)和-0.9766(P<0.0005)。蠕动的50%抑制量(ID50)分别为36.58mg和0.12mg。对肌张力,BPAE表现为先增强后降低的双向效应,而BPF仅呈较弱的降低效应。BPAE与BPF在三种平滑肌标本上均具有拮抗Ach的作用。
This paper reports the effects of BPAE and BPF on the intestinal smooth muscle of rabbits, guinea pigs and rats and the effect of acetylcholine (ACh). The results showed that both BPAE and BPF could inhibit intestinal peristalsis, and the inhibitory intensity was linearly correlated with the logarithmic dose. The correlation coefficients r were -0.9912 (P<0.0005) and -0.9766 (P<0.0005), respectively. The 50% inhibition (ID50) of peristalsis was 36.58 mg and 0.12 mg, respectively. For muscle tone, BPAE showed a two-way effect of increasing first and then decreasing, whereas BPF showed only a weaker reduction effect. Both BPAE and BPF have antagonistic effects on Ach in three kinds of smooth muscle specimens.
