采用射极补偿获得斜率是单调上升的线性校正网路,可校正非线性度大于50%的信号,校正后线性度优于1%。该方法比之传统沿用的二极管函数发生器要简化得多。本文推导了网络参数的计算公式并给出了线性化实验结果。
Using emitter compensation, a linear correction network with a monotonically increasing slope can be calibrated to correct for signals with a nonlinearity of more than 50% with a linearity of better than 1% after calibration. This method is much simplified than the traditional diode function generator. This paper deduces the formula of network parameters and gives the result of linearization experiment.
