1982年6月～1986年6月我院收住婴儿喘憋型肺炎伴心力衰竭58例,应用酚妥拉明加阿拉明治疗,取得较满意效果,现报告如下: 临床资料本组58例,男40例,女18例,1～4月32例,～6月12例,～12月14例,年龄最小35天,4月以下占55.2％。临床表现为发病急骤,均有阵发性喘憋,呼吸急促,伴紫绀。两肺大量哮鸣音及中小水泡音。心率180次/分以上,心音低钝,肝脏在肋缘下2.5cm以上。伴有腹胀19例。X线胸片示肺纹理增多28例,片状阴影23例,肺气肿3例。心电图检查心
