研究曼地亚红豆杉针叶的化学成分,应用硅胶、SephadexLH-20、MCI和反相HPLC等多种色谱手段进行分离和纯化,通过1D,2DNMR和MS方法确定化合物的结构。分离得到一个新化合物,命名为1β,2α,9α,10β-tetrahydroxy-5α-cinnamoyloxy-3,11-cyclotaxa-4(20)-en-13-one(1)。另外鉴定了6个已知紫杉烷型二萜类化合物,分别为2α,7β,9α,10β,13α-pentaacetoxytaxa-4(20),11-dien-5α-ol(2),2-deacetoxy-5-decinnamoyltaxinineJ(3),taxuspineF(4),taxuspinananeK(5),taxchinA(6),baccatinIV(7),其中化合物2,5,6,7为首次在曼地亚红豆杉中得到。
The chemical components of the needles of Taxus mairei were studied. The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, MCI and reverse phase HPLC. The structures of the compounds were determined by 1D, 2D NMR and MS methods. A new compound was isolated and named as 1β, 2α, 9α, 10β-tetrahydroxy-5α-cinnamoyloxy-3,11-cyclotaxa-4 (20) -en-13-one (1). In addition, six known taxane-type diterpenoids were identified as 2α, 7β, 9α, 10β, 13α-pentaacetoxytaxa-4 (20), 11-dien- 5-decinnamoyltaxinine J (3), taxuspine F (4), taxuspinanane K (5), taxchin A (6) and baccatin IV (7). Compounds 2,5,6,7 were obtained for the first time in Taxus mairei.
