本文利用SEM、TEM研究了603钢破甲弹坑的微观结构。认为在通常情况下,穿透型弹坑内部在轴线上的组织形态有很大的差别。在入口处有较多的白亮带,中部有崩落物的地方出现白亮带,而在其它区域观察不到白亮带。白亮带附近由五层结构组成,它们是基体→变形带(Ⅰ)→第一过渡带(Ⅱ)→白亮带(Ⅲ)→第二过渡带(Ⅳ)→点球状相变带(Ⅴ)。对各带的研究分析表明,白亮带是由硬而脆的非晶态组成,Ⅱ和Ⅳ是它的热影响区,Ⅴ则是综合热影响区,发生相间析出。这种析出物同中部的崩落物一样,不仅与钢铁的成分有关,也同温度和压力有关。
In this paper, the microstructure of the 603 steel Sunder Armor Crater was studied by SEM and TEM. It is considered that there are great differences in the axial shape of the penetrating crater in the usual situation. There were more white bands at the entrance, white bands in the middle where there was a collapse, and no white bands in the other areas. The white bright belt consists of a five-layer structure. They are the matrix → deformation zone (Ⅰ) → the first transition zone (Ⅱ) → the white light belt (Ⅲ) → the second transition zone (Ⅳ) → the spheroidal spherical transformation zone (Ⅴ). Analysis of each band shows that the white band is composed of hard and brittle amorphous, Ⅱ and Ⅳ are its heat-affected zone, and Ⅴ is the composite heat-affected zone, with the occurrence of interphase precipitation. Like the middle of the collapse of this precipitate, not only with the composition of the steel, but also with the temperature and pressure.
