土地资源不可再生早已成为人类的共识。而合理科学规划和保护教育用地又是人民政府在城市建设规划中要着重考虑的问题之一,否则,城市功能将因为配套缺失而很难提升其品位。笔者在调研中发现:海口市琼山区的城乡教育用地两极分化现象触目惊心。城区现有中小学教育用地少得可怜,没有一所生均面积达到国家标准。而农村中小学生均面积却超标得离谱,严重制约着我市教育事业的均衡发展。
Non-renewable land resources have long been the consensus of mankind. The reasonable scientific planning and protection of educational land is one of the problems to be considered by the people’s government in urban planning. Otherwise, urban functions will not be able to improve their taste because of the lack of supporting facilities. The author found in the survey: Qiongshan district of Haikou City, urban and rural education land polarization shocking. Existing urban primary and secondary education is pitiful, not a student average size to meet the national standards. However, the average size of primary and secondary school students in rural areas has exceeded the standard, seriously restricting the balanced development of education in our city.
