输尿管镜腔内技术在诊断和治疗输尿管疾病方面具有独特的价值,是九十年代以来开展的新技术。我院从1993年1月至2002年4月共施行191例,203次。效果满意,现将有关术中配合及护理要点报道如下。临床资料本组男104例,女87例。年龄9～63岁,平均28.5岁。其中输尿管结石130例,输尿管结石并狭窄18例(中上段8例,末段10例),ESWL 术后石街形成9例,输尿管口闭锁4例,输尿管肿瘤1例,息肉3例,
Ureteroscopic technique has unique value in the diagnosis and treatment of ureteral diseases and is a new technique developed since the nineties.
