用不同方法对巴马火麻油进行甲酯化处理,用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)对其脂肪酸成份、含量进行分析。采用盐酸-甲醇溶液法、硫酸-甲醇溶液法、氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液法以及硫酸-氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液法处理火麻油,用GC-MS对其中的脂肪酸组成、含量进行分析、比较。结果表明,4种甲酯化方法分别鉴定出6,7,9和9种脂肪酸,分别占火麻油总量的96.62%,98.15%,98.15%和95.82%。4种方法测定出的棕榈酸含量分别为17.18%,10.83%,18.79%和21.63%;亚油酸含量分别为33.96%,46.73%,0.32%和31.76%;亚麻酸含量分别为38.46%,36.76%,35.14%和33.11%;氢氧化钾-甲醇溶液法测出含33.13%的8,11-十八碳二烯酸。巴马火麻油富含不饱和脂肪酸,特别是亚麻酸含量较高,是高品质的营养油。
Bama hemp oil was treated by methyl esterification by different methods, and its fatty acid composition and content were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The compositions of hemp oil were analyzed by GC-MS with hydrochloric acid-methanol solution, sulfuric acid-methanol solution, potassium hydroxide-methanol solution and sulfuric acid-potassium hydroxide-methanol solution. The results showed that 6, 9, 9 and 9 kinds of fatty acids were identified by four methyl esterification methods, accounting for 96.62%, 98.15%, 98.15% and 95.82% of the total respectively. The contents of palmitic acid determined by the four methods were 17.18%, 10.83%, 18.79% and 21.63%, respectively; the contents of linoleic acid were 33.96%, 46.73%, 0.32% and 31.76% respectively; the contents of linolenic acid were 38.46% and 36.76% %, 35.14% and 33.11%, respectively. The content of 33.13% 8,11-octadecadienoic acid was detected by potassium hydroxide-methanol solution method. Bama hemp oil is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially high levels of linolenic acid, is a high-quality nutritional oil.
