茄子是河南早春菜的主要品种之一。也是主要外销菜。我们从1985年开始,对大棚茄子栽培技术进行探讨。摸索出一套早熟高产高效益栽培技术,并在生产中推广应用。目前,我市大棚茄子栽培面积占全市大棚菜面积的20%以上,单茬平均亩产值达到5000元左右,最高的达到8333元。大棚茄子比露地茄子早上市30—40天。产品除供应当地,还外销到辽阳、鞍山、沈阳、本溪等
