加大改革力度,深入继续教育的各项改革,是抓好继续教育的关键。在改革开放的新形势下,尤其是企业面临市场竞争激烈,企业处于低成长时期,企业的兴旺和发展不可能期待来自外部环境的改善,只有靠企业本身内部的努力,靠提高继续教育的质量,来提高人的全面素质,来扭转企业的不利境地,除此之外,别无其他道路可走。从这一意义上说,当前加强继续教育的配套改革已是刻不容缓了。为此,本文提出深化继续教育改革的十点建议。建议一,加强和完善继续教育的组织管理机构。各企事业单位应建立健全由各级行政领导组成的继续教育责任体系,并把继续教育工作好坏作为考核衡量各单位领导政绩的主要标准之一。继续教育应由专人负责,统筹安排继续教育工作,按计划组织实施落实,并进行定期检查督导。
Enhancing the reform and deepening various reforms in continuing education are the keys to doing a good job of continuing education. Under the new situation of reform and opening up, especially when enterprises are faced with fierce market competition and enterprises are in a low-growth period, the prosperity and development of enterprises can not expect improvement from the external environment. In this sense, it is imperative to reinforce the ongoing reform of continuing education. Therefore, this paper puts forward ten suggestions for deepening the reform of continuing education. Suggest one, strengthen and improve the organization and management of continuing education. All enterprises and institutions should establish and improve the responsibility system for continuing education composed of administrative leaders at all levels and regard the quality of continuing education as one of the major criteria for evaluating leadership performance of all units. Continuing education should be the responsibility of special staff, make overall arrangements for continuing education, implement the plan according to plan, and conduct regular inspections and supervision.
