河南省结核病防治保险试点运行2年,年人均经费投入0.79元。肺结核病人发现率(95.6/10万)是试点前(37.1/10万)的2.5倍多。治愈率82.6%较试点前(50%)明显提高。通过广泛宣传发动,反复对县、乡、村医务人员培训,提高了各级领导及广大群众结核病防治意识。试点经验提示,要做好结核病防治保险工作,必须广泛宣传发动和对县、乡、村业务人员进行专业培训。
Henan Province tuberculosis prevention and treatment pilot run 2 years, the annual per capita funding of 0.79 yuan. The detection rate of tuberculosis (95.6 / 100000) was more than 2.5 times of that before the trial (37.1 / 100000). The cure rate of 82.6% was significantly higher than that before the trial (50%). Through extensive publicity and mobilization, repeated training of county, township and village medical personnel has raised the awareness of TB leaders at all levels and the masses. Pilot experience suggests that to do a good job in tuberculosis prevention and control work, we must widely publicize the mobilization and professional training of county, township and village personnel.
