用国产病毒唑治疗８４例慢性丙肝患者，０．６～０．９克／天，分３次口服，用药６月。疗程结束时大部分患者临床症状减轻或消失，部分患者肝脏回缩，４７．６％的患者血清ＡＬＴ恢复正常。４２．５％的患者ＨＣＶ－ＲＮＡ转阴。但停药后随访６～１２月，血清ＡＬＴ仅有５；９５％患者持续正常，复发率为８７．５％（３５ｌ４０）。血清ＨＣＶ～ＲＮＡ仅有７．６％的患者持续阴转，复发率为８１．８％（１８／２２）。
With domestic ribavirin treatment of 84 patients with chronic hepatitis C, 0.6 to 0.9 g / day, 3 times orally, medication in June. At the end of the course of treatment, the clinical symptoms of most patients were alleviated or disappeared. Some patients had liver contractures, and 47.6% of the patients returned to normal serum ALT. In 42.5% of patients, HCV-RNA turned negative. Serum HCV ~ RNA only 7.6% of patients with persistent overcast, the recurrence rate was 81.8% (18/22).
