收银系统在服务业的使用可提高收银速率与效率,提升客户服务质量,提高经营和管理效益。然而,通过对收银系统的一系列调研发现收银系统仍存在操作繁琐,操作界面不友好等问题。这一系列问题造成收银员使用收银系统的不便,使出错机率上升,增加收银等候时间,使消费者感到不满意。本文针对前台收银系统目前存在的弊端,提出了在原有收银系统基础上新增三个功能模块包括操作提示模块,现金面额累计模块和收银方式选择模块以及引入自动收银系统的解决方案。
The use of the cashier system in the service industry can increase the speed and efficiency of cashier collection, enhance the quality of customer service and enhance the efficiency of operation and management. However, through a series of cashier system research, it is found that the cashier system still has problems of complicated operation and poor user interface. This series of problems caused the cashier to use the cashier system inconvenience, so that the error rate increases, increasing cashier waiting time, so that consumers are not satisfied. In this paper, according to the existing drawbacks of the cash register system in front, this paper proposes three new functional modules including operation suggestion module, cash denomination cumulative module and cash register selection module as well as the solution of introducing automatic cash register system based on the existing cashier system.
