勒一雪氏病为朗格罕细胞组织细胞增生症传统分类中的一型,原因不明。病理上以分化较好的组织细胞增生为特点,以富有组织细胞的器官易受累。早期临床症状各例不同,易误诊。现将近3年来延误诊5例病例总结分析如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料:本组5例中男3例,女2例,年龄7个月～11个月。误诊疾病:湿疹3例,肺炎3
Leich’s disease is one of the traditional categories of Langerhans cell histiocytosis, for unknown reasons. Pathologically better differentiated tissue cells characterized by cells that are rich in cells vulnerable to involvement. Different cases of early clinical symptoms, easily misdiagnosed.
