下套管作业时 ,套管螺纹联接质量的好坏直接影响着油井寿命 ,因此有必要研制一种套管动力钳转矩监测系统。以目前国内常用的TQ - 2 0型套管动力钳为例 ,介绍了一种与之相配套的套管钳转矩监测系统的功能特点 ,测试原理 ,结构设计 ,并对实测各类紧扣曲线进行了分析。该系统采用主从机结构 ,主机为工业控制微机 ,从机为单片机系统 ,主从机采用远距离通信传输 ,大大地改善了工业控制微机的工况条件。该系统实现无人监控、自动记录、绘制紧扣转矩—圈数曲线 ,可方便、直观地反映下套管作业的全过程及有问题套管所处的位置。并根据系统在实际应用中暴露出的问题提出了几点改进意见
Under the casing operation, the quality of the casing threaded connection directly affects the life of the well, so it is necessary to develop a casing power tong torque monitoring system. Taking the TQ - 20 type casing power tong currently used in China as an example, this paper introduces the function, test principle and structure design of a kind of casing torque monitoring system which is matched with it. The curve is analyzed. The system uses the master-slave structure, the host for the industrial control microcomputer, the slave for the single-chip system, the master-slave communication using long-distance communications, greatly improving the industrial control computer operating conditions. The system to achieve unattended monitoring, automatic recording, drawing close to the torque - laps curve, can be easily and intuitively reflect the entire process of casing operation and the location of the casing in question. And put forward some suggestions based on the problems exposed by the system in practical application
