如何提高产品质量,是大家都很关心的问题。对机械制造业来说,我们认为,从技术角度来考虑,首先应抓好毛坯的质量。而毛坯的制造,大多数与热加工工艺有关。热加工工艺的范围很广,铸、锻、焊接和热处理都属于这个范畴。如何在热加工工艺中采取一些既可提高产品质量、减轻劳动强度、节约材料和能源,又能提高生产率的新工艺和新技术,是当前的迫切任务。本刊本期集中介绍几篇有关这方面的热加工文章,以供读者参考,希望能对生产有所帮助。
