介绍了大连化物所研制的一台用于城市客车的60kW燃料电池发动机。该发动机采用变压操作、功率自适应控制模式;具有较高的过载能力,最大输出功率为80kW。为了考察发动机的稳定性,根据燃料电池发动机测试规范进行了20次工况循环台架试验。通过在给定几个输出功率下的电压值比较可见,该发动机性能输出稳定,在额定输出功率下,电压标准偏差为2.17V。
A 60kW fuel cell engine for city bus developed by Dalian Institute of Chemical Industry was introduced. The engine uses transformer operation, power adaptive control mode; with high overload capacity, the maximum output power of 80kW. In order to investigate the stability of the engine, 20 cycle test cycles were carried out according to the fuel cell engine test specifications. By comparing the voltage values at a given output power, the engine output is stable with a voltage standard deviation of 2.17V at its rated output power.
