本文通过总结一个基层计量站创建学习型组织活动的实践体会,阐述了国有大企业进行基层职工教育的必要性和可行性,同时指出现有的职工教育体系应通过改革来适应新时代发展的要求。
This article summarizes the practical experience of establishing a learning organization activity at a grassroots measurement station, elaborates the necessity and feasibility of state-owned large enterprises in educating grassroots workers, and points out that the existing staff education system should adapt to the requirements of the new era of development through reform .
