牙髓炎是龋齿病最常见的并发症,作者应用冰硼合剂治疗300余例牙髓炎患者,既保存了生活牙髓,又获得一定的近期效果。冰硼合剂由生硼散(3份)、强的松(1份)组成,共研细末调匀,临用时以丁香油或2％普鲁卡因等调成糊剂。一般分2次治疗,少数病例在第1次治疗时即可作永久性充填。治疗结果:122个牙例中成功108例,成功率88％,经3～24个月的随访观察,成功率为88％。其疗效随年龄增加有降低之趋势,且与龋洞的复杂性也有一定的关系。
Dental pulpitis is the most common complication of dental caries. The authors used ice-boron mixture to treat more than 300 patients with pulpitis, which not only preserved the dental pulp but also achieved some immediate effects. The mixture of B and B is composed of raw boron powder (3 parts) and prednisone (1 part). The ingredients are finely divided and thoroughly mixed. When in use, the mixture is prepared with clove oil or 2% procaine. Generally divided into 2 treatment, a few cases in the first treatment can be permanently filled.
