微波介质谐振器材料的应用已日益广泛.用它们制成的介质滤波器和介质振荡器体积小、成本低、可靠性高,与集成电路相容.已广泛用于卫星电视、雷达和数字通讯.南京固体器件研究所自一九八三年起,选用二氧化钛、二氧化锆、二氧化锡为基本组分,外加少量添加剂,采用一般电子陶瓷工艺制备了ε为34~40、12GHz下Q大于4000、τ_f为-7~+7ppm/℃的介质材料.用这种材料制成三腔、四腔介质滤波器,中心频率分别为7747MHz和8059MHz,通带插损为0.5dB,滤波器的频率响应随温度的变化小于2~6ppm/℃.介质滤波器经严格考核通过了鉴定,并已用于无人值守微波中继机上.用这种材料制成的10.7GHz介质稳
