醋酸洗必泰为外用杀菌药,对革兰氏阴性和革兰氏阳性细菌均有相当强的杀菌和抑菌作用。临床常将1%醋酸洗必泰溶液稀释成不同浓度后用于皮肤、粘膜和医疗器械的消毒.中国药典(1977年版)和英国药典(1973年版)均采用非水溶液滴定法测定醋酸洗必泰含量,但此法不适用于醋酸洗必泰溶液的含量测定。作者以0.1mol/L 氢氧化钠为标准溶液,酚酞为指示剂,间接测定醋酸洗必泰溶液含量,平均回收率为99.767%,标准偏差为±0.1829(n=10)。此法简单、准确、迅速,较适用于医院醋酸洗必泰溶液的快速分析。
