目标管理作为一种科学管理力法,已在各项工作中广为应用,且成效显著。医院工作有自己特定的工作目的和预期结果,在住院推行目标管理无疑是有意义的。本文按目标管理的 一般理论,就医院实施目标管理作粗浅讨论。 一、医院工作目标的内容: 1.时间形式内容: (1)整体目标。就是医院建设在3~5年内要达到的工作总目标和总规划; (2)阶段目标。就是医院在一段时间内(一年、半年或一季度)的工作目标和计划; (3)现时目标。即在工作计划之外上级布置的重要任务或医院随机出现必须解决的问题。
As a scientific management method, goal management has been widely used in various tasks and has achieved remarkable results. The work of the hospital has its own specific purpose and expected results. It is undoubtedly meaningful to implement goal management in hospitalization. According to the general theory of goal management, this article discusses the hospital’s goal management. First, the contents of the hospital’s work objectives: 1. Time form content: (1) The overall goal. It is the general goal of the work and the general plan to be achieved within 3 to 5 years of the hospital construction; (2) The stage goal. It is the goal and plan of the hospital for a period of time (one year, six months or one quarter); (3) The current goal. In other words, important tasks or hospitals that are arranged at a higher level than the work plan have random problems that must be solved.
