William published an article entitled “A Real Trial” on the “Surgery and National Advisory Committee on Medical and Educational Research.” This is another excellent report issued by the Health Planning Department of the Ministry of Health of Rhode Island. . In terms of researching medical care, surgical manpower, and economic benefits, William predicted the state of 1990 in Rhode Island and compared it to the situation in 1977 and 1980, and also conducted research with other people. In contrast, several reports were published on the Rhode Island region. Today, William compares his own research results and predictions with those published by the National Postgraduate Medical Advisory Committee.
