北京市安外小区统建工程12号楼是一幢十二层钢筋混凝土框架住宅建筑,建筑面积为10,072平方米,梁、板为预制,柱和抗震墙为现浇混凝土。标准层柱断面45×45厘米。内外墙均采用加气混凝土墙板。外墙挂板采用现场预制拼装大板。我们采用了承重钢柱模现浇混凝土柱和抗震墙的方法。标准层的施工进度为七天一
The 12th-floor reinforced concrete frame residential building of the Beijing Anwai Community Construction Project has a floor area of 10,072 square meters.
