独立学院工程类专业所开设的《建筑法规》课程,作为一门专业基础课,其教授对象是一些缺乏法律基本理论知识和人文知识教育的工科类学生,加上教学内容的复杂难懂,以及授课教师自身专业知识水平的限制,《建筑法规》这门集用于服务建筑市场的法律法规知识于一体的针对性课程对独立学院学生毕业后的相关工作并未发挥应有的作用。本文针对独立学院《建筑法规》课程目前存在的问题提出建议措施,致力于本门课程的实用性研究。 The “Building Laws” course offered by the engineering major of Independent Colleges serves as a specialized basic course. Its teaching objects are those engineering students who lack basic theoretical knowledge of law and humanities education. In addition, the contents of the course are complicated and difficult to understand. Teachers’ own professional knowledge of the restrictions, “Construction Law” This set of services for the construction market knowledge of laws and regulations in one of the targeted courses for Independent College students after graduation related work did not play its due role. This article aims at the existing problems of the “Building Laws” course in Independent Colleges and puts forward suggestions and measures, which are devoted to the practical study of this course.
