目的比较2种不同种植方式(即刻种植与延期即刻种植)对前牙区种植体的效果。方法选取100例患者为研究对象,根据种植方式的不同分为即刻种植组与延期即刻种植组,观察比较2种不同方式对种植体临床效果的影响。结果即刻种植成功47例,失败1例,成功率97.92%,延期即刻种植成功52例,成功率100.00%,即刻种植与延期即刻种植近期临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。100例患者对美学效果满意度100%。结论采用不同的种植方式(即刻种植与延期即刻种植)同样可以获得良好的功能与美学效果,具有很好的近期疗效,远期疗效有待进一步观察。
Objective To compare the effects of two kinds of planting methods (immediate planting and postponement immediate planting) on anterior dental implants. Methods A total of 100 patients were selected as study object. According to the different planting methods, immediate implant group and immediate implant group were divided into two groups. The effects of two different modalities on implant clinical effect were observed and compared. Results 47 cases were successfully implanted immediately, 1 case failed, the success rate was 97.92%. 52 cases were successfully implanted immediately after the extension, with a success rate of 100.00%. There was no significant difference in immediate clinical effect between immediate implants and immediate implants (P> 0.05). 100 patients satisfaction with the aesthetic effect of 100%. Conclusion Different planting methods (immediate planting and postponement immediate planting) can also obtain good function and aesthetic effect, and have good short-term curative effect. Long-term curative effect needs to be further observed.
