目的研究静电吸附消毒与紫外线消毒在空气消毒中的效果以及影响因素。方法通过空气消毒试验做现场试验与实验室的相关研究。结果在无人53 m3的房间中将紫外线消毒器与静电吸附消毒器开启,并持续进行作用90 min,空气内自然菌群的下降率分别为93.31%、94.60%。在20 m3的封闭气雾室中,紫外线消毒器与静电吸附消毒器开机60 min后白色葡萄球菌杀灭率分别为99.71%、98.00%,90 min后杀灭率100.00%。结论两种消毒技术在现场室内消毒效果与实验室室内空气消毒效果均能达到消毒标准,但无人情况下消毒方法如果在有人条件下进行,其效果不一定会理想,容易受到不同因素影响,应采取有效控制,提升消毒效果。
Objective To study the effects and influencing factors of electrostatic disinfection and ultraviolet disinfection on air disinfection. Methods By air disinfection test to do field experiments and laboratory related research. Results The UV sterilizer and electrostatic adsorption sterilizer were turned on in the room without 53 m3 for 90 min. The decreasing rate of natural bacteria in the air was 93.31% and 94.60% respectively. In the 20 m3 enclosed aerosol room, the killing rates of Staphylococcus aureus were 99.71% and 98.00% respectively after UV sterilizer and electrostatic adsorption sterilizer were switched on for 60 min, and the killing rate was 100.00% after 90 min. Conclusion Both disinfection technology and laboratory indoor air disinfection effect can reach the disinfection standard in the field. However, the disinfection method in the absence of one person may not be ideal and may be affected easily by different factors. Should take effective control to enhance disinfection.
