1996~ 1998年 ,利用赣榆县气象历史资料、农作物种植水平和飞虱的迁入迁出繁殖情况 ,建立健全了稻飞虱以灯光诱测为基础 ,系统监测为保障 ,异地监测为补充 ,大田联系点监测为保证的监测体系。构建了当地褐飞虱主害代的预警系统和预测模型。利用半开放方法研究了二代白背飞虱在杂交籼稻上的危害损失率及防治指标。利用赣榆县农作物种植制度、农田天敌、气象因素等构建了以监测为基础、生物防治为保障、化学防治为保证的综合防治体系。
