回顾了铁路“九五”期间取得的成绩,分析了“十五”铁路运输市场,指出了“十五”铁路发展的指导方针和战略目标,并介绍了铁路“十五”计划的内容。
The achievements made during the Ninth Five-year Plan period of the railway were reviewed. The railway transport market during the “Tenth Five-year Plan” period was analyzed. The guidelines and strategic goals for the development of the Tenth Five-year Plan Railway were pointed out. The content of the 10th Five-Year Plan for the railway was also introduced.
