介绍了东风1 1 型机车非正常空转撒砂故障的现象 ,分析了微机控制系统对电机转速传感器信号的处理方式 ,指出了通过改造 1 1 4板滤波电容和施密特电路来处理此类故障的方法。
This paper introduces the phenomenon of abnormal idle sanding and sanding failure of Dongfeng 11 locomotive and analyzes the processing method of motor speed sensor signal by the microcomputer control system. It is pointed out that this kind of fault can be dealt with by modifying the 1 1 4 plate filter capacitor and Schmidt circuit Methods.
