近些年来,随着中国改革开放和社会主义市场经济的发展,中国共产党和中国政府越来越重视在全社会范围内特别是在党政官员中进行人权教育。去年,由全国干部培训教材编审指导委员会组织编写的系列教材中,就有一本《人权知识干部读本》,供全国党政干部培训学习使用。中央党校是培训中高级领导干部的最高学府,开展人权教育是中央党校上世纪90年代以来致力于推进的重要课题。
In recent years, with the development of China’s reform and opening up and the development of the socialist market economy, the Chinese Communist Party and the Chinese government have paid increasing attention to carrying out human rights education throughout the society, especially among party and government officials. Last year, a series of textbooks written and compiled by the National Cadre Training Textbook Steering Committee organized a series of reading books on human rights cadres for the training and study of party and government cadres throughout the country. The Central Party School is the highest institution for training senior and mid-level leading cadres. Carrying out human rights education is an important issue that the Central Party School has devoted itself to promoting since the 1990s.
