目的分析我市2010年二级及以上医疗机构呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测情况,为我市制定感染防控措施提供科学依据。方法对设有ICU病房的二级及以上医疗机构开展呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测,数据统一录入,利用采样excel进行统计分析。结果全市11家医院开展了ICU病房呼吸机相关性肺炎目标性监测,呼吸机相关肺炎感染率为23.73‰,感染病原体以革兰氏阴性菌为主,依次是鲍曼溶血不动杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌株和嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌。主要病原菌对抗菌药物表现为多重耐药。结论我市各医疗机构要进一步加强目标性监测工作,增强实验室检验能力,提高感染病原体送检率和药敏试验送检率,指导临床合理用药。
Objective To analyze the target surveillance of ventilator-associated pneumonia in medical institutions of secondary and higher schools in 2010 and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control measures of infectious diseases in our city. Methods The targeted surveillance of ventilator-associated pneumonia was carried out in the second-class and above medical institutions with ICU ward. The data were collected uniformly and statistically analyzed by sampling excel. Results The target surveillance of ventilator-associated pneumonia in ICU ward was carried out in 11 hospitals in the city. The infection rate of pneumonia associated with ventilator was 23.73 ‰. Gram-negative bacteria were the main infectious pathogens, followed by Acinetobacter baumannii, Monoclonal strain and Stenotrophomonas maltophilia. The main pathogens showed multi-drug resistance to antibiotics. Conclusion The medical institutions in our city should further strengthen the target monitoring work, enhance laboratory testing ability, improve the delivery rate of infectious pathogens and the rate of drug susceptibility test, and guide clinical rational drug use.
