To evaluate the efficacy of stereotactic radiosurgery in the treatment of cavernous sinus meningiomas, the authors reviewed 34 patients treated with stereotactic radiosurgery with 201 cobalt-60 source r-knives from May 1988 to January 1992 Patient (27 women, 7 males).
