第一现场应中国国家主席胡锦涛的邀请,俄罗斯总统普京于2004年10月14日至16日对中国进行国事访问。在京期间,他分别与胡锦涛主席、吴邦国委员长和温家宝总理举行了会谈。双方就进一步深化中俄战略协作伙伴关系和重大国际问题广泛深入地交换了意见。双方一致表示,将采取切实措施落实好《〈中俄睦邻友好合作条约〉实施纲要》,永远做好邻居、好朋友、好伙伴。
On the first scene, at the invitation of Chinese President Hu Jintao, Russian President Putin paid a state visit to China from October 14 to 16, 2004. During his stay in Beijing, he held talks with President Hu Jintao, Chairman Wu Bangguo and Premier Wen Jiabao. The two sides exchanged views on further deepening the China-Russia strategic partnership of cooperation and major international issues. The two sides agreed that they will take effective measures to implement the “Outline for the Implementation of the China-Russia Good-neighborly Friendship and Cooperation Treaty,” and will always be good neighbors, good friends, and good partners.
