缺氧后动作性肌阵挛(Lance Adams综合征)在神经病学中已获充分认识,但对其临床诊断尚未完全阐明。腰穿发现病人CSF中5-羟基吲哚乙酸(5-HIAA)浓度普遍降低,提示可能与血清素能(serotoninergic)通路功能紊乱有关。氯硝安定(clonazepam)对5-HT代谢产物有显著治疗反应,本文报道两例以罕见并发症为主要表现的缺氧后肌阵挛的病人。
After hypoxia, action myoclonus (Lance Adams syndrome) in neurology has been fully recognized, but its clinical diagnosis has not been fully elucidated. A general decrease of 5-HIAA concentration in CSF was found in patients with lumbar puncture, which may be related to the disorder of serotoninergic pathways. Clonazepam has a significant therapeutic response to 5-HT metabolites. Two cases of post-hypoxia myoclonus with rare complications were reported here.
