电缆式测井技术经历了不断更新的发展过程,其间生产了一系列单项的井下仪器,这些仪器除配备电缆和记录仪外,几乎没有别的装置。建立以计算机为中心的统一的地面仪器系统的优越性是举世公认的,而这样的系统现在已经问世。赛伯程控测井仪(CYBER SERVICE UNIT,简称CSU,下同)是一个完整的机内系统,具有测井数据的采集、存贮、处理和再现的功能。它充分利用预编程序,由机器代替原来的人工操作,完成例如井下仪器的刻度、操作步骤、标度以及参数的选择等例行的任务。 CSU不仅是一个记录系统,而且采用计算机控制大部分的测井操作项目。它给用户提供以下几方面直接的好处: 1.快速的测井操作; 2.更精确、更一致的测井记录; 3.直观的、带有准确深度的测井曲线显示(包括仪器上提或下放); 4.测井记录的质量控制。 CSU可以充分提高测井工作的效率。首先,它使测井工程师摆脱连续而单调的作业;其次,本系统综合了多方面设计的特点,确保在井场条件下工作的可靠性,例如:有齐全的所有主要备件;有一组诊断程序供系统检查和故障寻找之用;连接技术有重大的改进。车载计算机使得现场解释工作比原先的更为丰富。所述的新型测井仪深受测井队和用户的欢迎。它标志着测井技术向前迈进了一大步。
Cable logging technology has undergone a process of continuous evolution, during which a series of individual downhole tools have been produced that, with the exception of cables and recorders, have few other devices. CYBER SERVICE UNIT (CSU, the same below) is a complete in-flight system that has the functions of logging data collection, storage, processing and reproduction.
