The drying process of clay brick is essentially the process of dehydration, and the process of complete shrinkage is completed with dehydration. The water contained in the green body can be roughly divided into two major parts: one part is chemically bound water, and when it is heated to about 500[deg.] C., it is converted into water and discharged, and it does not cause a change in the volume of the brick. Clay must be filled with water before molding to achieve a certain degree of plasticity before extrusion (or semi-dry pressure), so the surface of the clay particles are covered with a layer of water film, the higher the water content of the molding water film total surface
