In this paper, a method of hydride generation-atomic absorption spectrometry for the determination of germanium has been investigated. The relative standard deviation of 11 determinations was 2.9% with 0.4μg germanium in 10ml 0.10mol / L HP_3O_4 medium. The detection limit (S / N = 2) is 2.4 ng.
