目的观察四神汤为主配合西药三联法治疗中焦虚寒型胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法对照组30例,采用西药三联法,连服奥美拉唑2W;治疗组30例,口服四神汤加减方(补骨脂、肉豆蔻、五味子、陈皮、海螵蛸、乌贼骨、瓦愣子等)4W,同时口服上述西药,治疗两个疗程(8W)。结果胃镜下疗效,症状改善及1年复发率,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论四神汤为主配合西药三联法治疗中焦虚寒型胃溃疡有疏肝温胃制酸的疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Sishen Decoction combined with western medicine triple therapy in treating Zhongjiao Deficiency Gastric Ulcer. Methods 30 cases of the control group were treated with western medicine triple therapy, and even omeprazole 2W was given to the treatment group. 30 cases were treated with oral administration of Si Shen Tang Decoction (Psoralen, Nutmeg, Schisandra, Citrus rehmanniae, Stunned child, etc.) 4W, while oral administration of the above western medicine, treatment of two courses (8W). Results The results of gastroscopy, symptom improvement and 1-year recurrence rate were better in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sizhen Decoction with western medicine triple therapy in the focus of cold-type gastric ulcer with liver warming stomach acid effect.
